Mr. Cortez is a graduate of both the schools of Journalism and Social Work in Havana, Cuba.
Mr. Cortez maintains his 20 year position with the state of Florida/Family Services where he is currently a senior counselor with a Masters degree in Social Work. An ordained priest of Sango for over 35 years.
Mr. Cortez has travelled extensively throughout Africa and South America.
